Products on this website can be shipped to all European countries. In case you want your products to be sent to Iceland or outside of Europe, please contact our customer service at support@boolighting.com
Shipping currently not available to Ukraine and Belarus
Due to the current saddening events, we are unable to deliver our goods to Ukrainian and Belarussian shipping addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
Free shipping policy
We will ship to most countries (except Iceland) free of charge, if the order value exceeds 80 EUR. For Iceland the minimum shipping charge is 80 € for all orders.
Delivery time: What to expect
Delivery time = Order processing + shipping time
While we strive to expedite your order, please be aware that certain factors beyond our control may affect delivery schedules. These include:
- Impact of public holidays in shipping- and destination country
- Severe weather conditions
- High volume periods for shipping carriers
- Customs inspections in your country
Order processing and shipping time
We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. This includes:
- Verifying stock availability
- Checking and processing any customization requirements
- Confirming your shipping address
- Ensuring compliance with our shipping policy
Processing time
- 2-10 business days (Custom orders may require additional time)
Shipping time
- 2 Weeks: EMS - Most normal size and -weight products
- 2-4 Weeks: EMS - Large but light products
Once your order ships, we'll inform you by email and provide a tracking number
Important note: Please provide a complete shipping address, including street number, to avoid delays.
Please Note:
- Most orders are processed within 1-2 weeks (often faster)
- Delivery estimates are provided at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method
- While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, stock levels may change rapidly
- Products marked 'In Stock' are usually available, but occasional discrepancies may occur
- We recommend scheduling installation or related services only after receiving your product

Cancellation of orders
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of order placement
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled for free
- Forced cancellations after shipping will incur fees:
- 50% of the order amount
- Maximum fee: 150 Euros
- These fees cover our shipping costs and associated losses
To avoid unnecessary charges, please contact us promptly if you need to change your order.
Customs and Tariffs Policy for EU Destinations
- Tariffs may apply to parcels with any side exceeding 60cm (approx. 5% chance)
- We cover 20% of customs charges and brokerage fees for EU countries
- Typical customs duties range from 0-20 € per item

Late delivery compensation
We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to meet all estimated delivery dates. However, in the rare event that your order arrives later than the promised delivery date, as a gesture of goodwill, we'll provide a 10% discount on the price of the delayed item(s).
Incorrect Address Policy
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs for return
- Upon receiving the returned package, we'll contact you and process a refund for the order amount, minus applicable shipping fees
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order to avoid delays and additional costs
