We ship to all European countries apart from Ukraine and Iceland.
You’ll generally receive the product shown in each photo. However, please be aware that lighting differences between the studio and your home may cause the colors to appear differently.
Most of our lamps come with a standard 150cm cable. Need a longer cable? We offer free extensions up to 800cm. Simply add a note with your desired length when placing your order.
A detailed sales receipt will be emailed to you soon after your purchase is complete.

We aim to process and ship orders quickly. If you need to modify or cancel your purchase, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. Once your order enters the shipping process (24 hours after purchase), we can no longer make changes. However, you have the option to return products within 14 days of delivery. For more details, please review our returns policy.
After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking code via email.

Our lamp prices do not include VAT, import taxes, or duties.
Based on customer feedback, parcels with a maximum side length exceeding 60cm may incur customs charges. This affects approximately 5% of shipments.
In the event of additional customs costs:
We will cover 20% of these charges as a courtesy to our customers.
Typically, customs duties range from 0-20€ per item.

However, for the most accurate and up-to-date information on customs clearance, we strongly recommend contacting your local post office or customs authority. They have direct access to specific regional regulations and procedures, which can vary and change. While we strive to provide general guidance, your local authorities will have the most current information relevant to your situation.
We’ll email you within 2 days of receiving your return to confirm your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times: 3-5 days for credit cards, 2-3 days for PayPal. Your refund will appear in your account after processing.
In that case, send email to support@boolighting.com within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and its packaging. We’ll review your claim promptly and contact you about exchange or return options.
Email support@boolighting.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
For broken glass or dented shades/frames:
- We’ll provide free replacements for these parts.
- These are not considered defects and don’t qualify for full returns.
If you prefer to return instead of replacing parts:
- Arrange and pay for return shipping.
- We’ll refund the item cost (excluding original shipping charges) once we receive and confirm the return.
